Stack & approach

We build each bot as a small product of its own: a typed backend, a versioned library of scenarios, tests on the critical paths. Nothing magical — just clean code in service of a useful conversation.

Conversational engines

Deterministic scenarios for critical flows — booking, ordering, qualification — where we want zero drift. An LLM layer (OpenAI, Anthropic) for open-ended replies, with guardrails: retrieval over your documents, versioned prompts, output filters.

Business integrations

Clean connections to the tools you already use: HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, your internal API. Webhooks to push leads into the CRM, real-time sync of stock or booking slots, automatic support ticket creation.

What we avoid

No locked-in visual builder, no "generative AI" hallucinating on your prices. The code and the scenarios are yours. If you want to switch providers tomorrow, or bring it in-house, everything is readable and documented.

Format & timelines

A single-channel chatbot with around ten solid scenarios takes 4 to 6 weeks. A multi-channel setup with CRM integrations, an LLM layer and a dashboard takes 8 to 12 weeks. Quoted after the scoping call, adjusted to the expected conversation volume and integration complexity.

Chatbots need more post-launch tuning than websites or apps — we plan weekly iterations in the first few weeks, then a monthly maintenance contract to keep the scenarios evolving over time.
